Long term bridging loans of 3 and 5 years available

Due to the high demand of domestic and global high worth individuals for real estate backed borrowing, a London-based bridging loan lender has come up with a 3-year term product to fill in this need not currently serviced by other lenders.
In keeping with the trend of the last 12 months or so, yet another lender has tightened its criteria for those wishing to get Interest Only mortgages.
There was some great news for Buy To Let borrowers today from one of the best lenders in the market, BM Solutions, as they announced that from now on they would be removing their minimum income requirements from their Buy to Let mortgage range.

An Aviva survey in December 2011 revealed that, of the average family’s unsecured debts of over £10,000, a number of these attract high, ongoing interest rates or charges. They can be avoided if borrowers paid them off with a fixed loan instead.

Over 1.6 million businesses have taken government backed coronavirus support loans and for most, this would have been to plug a hole and keep bills paid. Many will now be feeling the pinch since repayments have kicked in and are unable to apply for further loan funding for expansion and recovery.
